  • Do you offer training at our job site or shop?

    Yes, we can come to your location. We have a minimum of 5, depending on the training type.

  • How often is retraining required for forklifts?

    OSHA requires employees to be retrained when their certifications expire. Some are annually, some are every 2-3 years and some every 5 years. Email nevin@karmsafetysolutions for a complete list.,

  • Is the training OSHA compliant?

    Our Training is based on Federal OSHA standards, and we incorporate ANSI standards into them. 

  • How long is the training?

    The Training varies from 1-5 hours depending on the training. 

  • Do I have to complete the training all at once, or can I do it in pieces?

    Our online training is designed for flexibility — allowing you to complete the course at your own pace, as your schedule permits.

    Once enrolled, you can start, pause, and resume anytime, making it easy to balance training with your daily work responsibilities.


    Each course includes interactive content, knowledge checks, and a final assessment to ensure full understanding before earning your certificate of completion.

  • In-person training needs to be completed during class time.

    Our in-person training must be completed during scheduled class time.

    These sessions include instructor-led instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and practical evaluations to ensure each participant fully understands and can apply the safety requirements.


    Attendance for the full duration of the class is required to receive a certificate of completion.

    KARM Safety Solutions was officially founded on January 1, 2015, bringing together a team of safety professionals with decades of combined experience.


    Before KARM’s founding, our trainers provided safety training and compliance services across multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, warehouse operations, and corporate environments. This hands-on background gives us a practical understanding of real-world job site challenges — not just the regulations.


    Today, KARM Safety Solutions continues to build on that foundation, delivering trusted, OSHA- and ANSI-based safety training to businesses and workers nationwide.

    KARM Safety Solutions is a family-owned and operated business proudly led by Kathy Miller, President of the woman- and Native American-owned company.

    Kathy brings years of leadership and dedication to workplace safety, ensuring every program reflects both compliance and real-world practicality.


    Robert Miller, Vice President, oversees field operations and training delivery, bringing decades of hands-on experience in construction, industrial, and warehouse environments.


    Nevin McLain, also an owner and lead trainer, contributes extensive knowledge from years of safety instruction across private and corporate sectors. His son, Kade, is following in his footsteps—learning the values of safety, integrity, and professionalism that define the KARM name.
